• Dry-run & access: Failed delivery/pickup due to blocked or unsafe access can result in a dry-run charge ranging from $75 up to $675 per occurrence.
• Blocked retrieval: If the roll-off is blocked on the agreed collection date, a $200 dry-run fee applies.
